Born in the little town of Detroit, Michigan, Jeff (LifeRiot) was the second child of Steven and Debbie. From an early age Jeff dealt with poverty and harsh challenges to him and his family. Moving from house to townhouse many different times made moving nearly an annual occasion. In 1999, Jeff picked up the guitar and dived head first into music eventually learning how to play nearly all the major instruments sans trumpet and all the other school related instruments. Writing became a favorite past time when he began writing his own short stories and comical takes on what's happening in the world. He was offered the chance to write for a local paper but decided against it because he thought interviewing a 12 year old male ice skater and also writing an article on someone's favorite dog was a waste of time. He soon changed his major in college from Journalism to Business. Jeff also spends time fighting for justice under an assumed superhero alias. Think of Superman and that guy Goku from Dragonball Z combined times 1,000. When not writing music, working in real estate, or writing music, you can find Jeff in bars in and around Metro Detroit getting all the women and turning down the occasional man.
