There is a battle going on in the world not many people know about. But there is a pretty large community of people working on alternative energy concepts that seem to violate some big laws in physics. Both camps acuse each other that they uphold or break the law just to gain a profit. Well, my money is on the people who haven't made any profit as of yet. Like this Stan Meyers who (also) died a mysterious death at a young age.

These things happen. If you dig around you can find accounts of all sorts of alternative energy source inventors turning up dead or selling their invention to energy companies who basically lock it up somewhere. These are the inventions we need to truly break the cycle of death that oil has wrought on the world. We can no longer trust those with power and money to have our best interest in mind. The breakthroughs of this century will have to be for the people by the people.

i thought this was deemed a hoax a while ago...i vaguely remember a lawsuit against him for fraud (investors) and his car didnt work when the court ordered a demonstration. Not sure if it's the exact person/situation, someone do some research.

it would be really interesting to find out more.
the first news clip almost seems too fantastic to believe, but think of how many people would want it suppressed.

Meh, for one thing, that site doesn't exactly look reliable. Second, there are a ton of inventions people claim that will change the world, but they never materialize. And most of them aren't because the inventors have been killed, but because they're stupid inventions. Remember how the Segway was the best invention since the car?

A car running on water from the tap isn't even that good of an idea. The price of water would skyrocket do to higher demand, and just because the water companies could get away with it. The amount of drinkable water would also drop, since so much would go to powering cars, and maybe power plants, generators, etc.

Reading through the whole article there is reason to believe it was a hoax. Unbelieveable if in fact it did work. You would think that someone with resources and without oil interests would have taken up the project if had merit.

There are so many of these supressed invention stories out there, it would be nice to think one is true.

You've never heard of a car that runs on water? Have you ever seen a steam engine??? I know this is hydrogen powered, but steam engines are more efficient, even if they are less powerful.

the4thwallOn Iran, From an American Iranian
I have an Iranian background, so throughout my life I've been bombarded with opinions on the country. Not only that, both my parents were involved in the late 70's revolution, and saw youth that helped Khomeini get to power being shot down by Khomeini's followers afterwards. That's the problem with revolutions, sometimes a power vacuum can destroy what could be a beautifull transformation. On top of that, I have dual citizen ship, and voted in the last election, whi...

KhramHappy Canada Day!
Today is the day the greatest nation that ever existed on Earth began 142 years ago. Canadians have much to be proud of. However, even the greatest nation on Earth still has its problems. The Russians threaten our airspace with their shitty planes and violate our sovereign waters with their submarines up in the Arctic. We should be shooting their planes down and sinking their subs as they cross our borders without warning. None of our politicians have the balls to at...
