How so? Nothing about natural selection implies nobility. It's about taking advantage of conditions that allow one thing to out-screw and out-breed another. Seems like she's right in line with that.

She was plied with alcohol and raped... Chav or not. An 11 year-old girl is not mentally fit to consent to sex.

Hence the boy being charged with rape.

As stupid as this girl is, I blame the mother. How badly do you have to botch parent-hood to have your kid smoking at nine, drinking at ten, pregnant by eleven, AND be proud of her for it? On top of all that, the kid thought she couldn't get pregnant because it was her first time? They missed 'the talk' by a mile...
Even more stupid; SHE believes her unborn child would not be harmed by her smoking, and she can 'quit anytime', despite millions of doctors with years of university education and, on average, a decade or two experiance saying otherwise. She must be one smart kid to outwit them... (That was sarcasm. I have to say it because I'm sure half the people who use shoutwire would miss it otherwise...)
