One of our English teachers was an NQT, out of the worst university in the country, with the literacy of a chimp - and they were employed to teach the twelfth and thirteenth years, the only significant years in secondary education.

I'm not at university, oddly enough.

1st : It shouldn't matter. The criterias to pass or fail a test should be the same for everyone.

I wonder if this student happens to be recieving any special needs grants or scholarships while he attends school, just based on what the school thought when they read his application and his name was spelled wrong.
