The latest BS to emerge from the RIAA are cease-and-desist letters to Youtube users who have dared to put up videos of things such as themselves dancing to music they haven’t licensed. Clearly an insanity plea no longer covers the RIAA’s stupidity. From trying to orchestrate illegal takedowns in other countries a la The Pirate Bay to sending cease-and-desist letters to some poor user who has just recorded himself doing silly things to a song no one will even remember a week later.

This is getting fucking ridiculous. Besides how are they gonna track the youtube users if they sign up with a fake name and address?

Surely they should be sueing YouTube for hosting the illegal content in the first place. I agree with the guy above this has been taken out of proporportion they are going after the people who rip whole music vids and upload them, again surely YouTube wouldn't be violating data protection act and turning over their user info just to save their own arses would they ;).

We live basicly in a demecratic world run by hitler him self so watcha bitchen about...

Its writen in our constitution that if we the people ever come up against an entity such as government.
That has been corupted by money power and greed.
Then we as US citesens have the swarn duty as citesens. To take that power down by any means necessary. As Ben franklin once said if we don't hang to gether we will all hang sepritly.

In other words Viva la revolution lest storm the white house lest take down this corupt pile and rebuild. I'm Getting My gun loaded whos with me.

If your not with me your against me so don't expect any special treatment.
Fence sitters will be hung along the way.
They have all ready taken so many freedoms in the name of terror. Its not the terrorist i worried about its my own government. i say we have the numbers all of us we have the artillery all of us if they could beet the english back in the revolution with muskets. Then we can beat them now with glocks lets take back our freedom and FUCK ANY ONE WHO THINKS DIFFERENT.
