Really, it is funny. US government is not bothered about the accusations against Coke and Pepsi. Instead, it is trying to force India to drink Coke and Pepsi regardless of their products containing pesticide or not.

india should completely ban cock cola and pepsi. They did it a few decades ago. why cant they do it again? there are more than enuf indegenious drinks that have been squashed becasue of these american corporations and their crap.

I read a story about this on cnn.com and basically Coke and Pepsi didn't have a chance. The Indian government pulled the product originally because coke wouldnt give them the ingredient list. Coke and Pepsi both claim that the levels of pesticide is within safety limits and could be sold in any western country. Considering that the ground water is what that is contaminated I am sure that any other bottling company in India would have the same problem.

this is how it starts, first china, now india, they will start throwing tantrums at every other economy and soon they will soon their super powers will recede. Nothing against coke and pepsi, they are good drinks occasionally. Not to be drunk like water.
