In June of 2008, two children were removed from their parents custody after arriving at school wearing a swastika and the white supremacist symbol 14/88. The custody case has gone to trial and on May 25th the social worker began her testimony regarding the child's statements.

I've witnessed a black woman telling what I presume was her grandchild, given her age, that white people were the devil.

It's a really weird thing to do.

It said in the article that wasn't even the reason they were removed from the home. I think governments need to stay the fuck out of people's lives until they commit some sort of actual crime. Just because you don't like they way someone is raising their child doesn't mean the nanny state has the right to do it for them. Some legislators don't believe in gay marriage should teens who think they are gay be stripped from their homes? Should children of gay couples be removed from their parents?

If you surveyed a random sample of black kids I'm sure we would all be amazed at how many of them hate white people because it's socially acceptable and yet no one would dare advocate removing them from their family because they are defenseless minority.

^^ I guess your right, Muslims do teach their children that Jews are pigs and non-muslims should convert or die.

Black people also teach their kids that white people are evil and the devil.

So no harm there, but you can see these kids will grow up to be retarded or KILLED possibly bcuz Canada is a multi-cultural country, not a white country anymore.

Say the wrong thing boy and you might end up on a Milk carton.

Also this deprives the children of a normal life. Teaching them stupid shit is okay but showing them graphic videos of violence against other races crosses the line.

i wouldnt be amazed, its pretty normal for black kids to hate/distrust etc white people. remember, its only racism if youre not the minority :) thats the way society is, black people cannot be racist to white people, because we as a society are a running stupid ass joke.

Show us some empirical evidence that it would prevent a crime. Children in great upper middle class two parent homes snap at random and go on killing sprees while children of broken homes become the first black president.

There is absolutely no evidence that would prove removing them would prevent anything from happening. Actually it may as well have the opposite effect; in their young impressionable eyes you may have just proved their parents theories correct by taking them away from mom and dad. The resent would create an even more hateful person.

You can't have a government acting on "what ifs", maybes and emotion. It's not their place.

If this would be the real reason then this is going too far. Basically the government would be saying here that if you don't raise your kids with what they think is the right political conviction that you're abusing them. While the kids themselves could get all the love from their parents they need.

That would be a totalitarian move.

However, the article does not go into detail for what exact reason the kids are taken away.

"The reason given for removing the children in question is unrelated to the racist ideology that they have been exposed to"

Well, if that is the case, then we are just following the mind trip of a blogger here who gives us too little information to draw any kind of justified conclusion.

The Government can't even manage to balance a Budget! They definitely shouldn't be butting into parents lifestyle choices for their kids. But sending your kids to school, a public arena, with Swastika's and Nazi symbols, is just plain stupid. They can be white Supremacists without these symbols plastered all over their kids. Same goes for all the Wing nuts of all races!

I have no idea wether removing the kids will set them straight or not, I just know that waiting until people start committing crime is rather stupid IF someone could've taken steps to prevent it
But yeah it's hard to predict if someone is going to be a psychopath racist bigot or just a plain ol' racist
