Classified ad Calls For The Assassination of Obama

Despite the glaring hypocrisy and out right lies of the Bush administration, it is the color of Obamas skin that is somehow deemed threatening. Being Black and president was enough to spur someone to purchase an ad in The Warren Times Observer on Thursday calling for his assassination.

What's racist about it? Obama himself is the person that got the ball rolling on that one. He is the one that tried to compare himself to nearly all of those people in the ad. All of whom are white btw. I didn't see it saying that he should follow in the footsteps of MLK or Malcolm X did you? Please explain to me how from that small ad you gathered it was because he is black?

It's very typical, I'm starting to think the liberal "scream racism at everything" mantra is so ingrained in them now that it is almost instinctual.

Obama is the same as Bush anyway... he's Bush III. You saw how happy Bush was when he announced the new president, remember? He was so excited because he met someone as crooked as he was but knew how to talk to and manipulate the masses, something W never figured out...

This is a poorly written article.

1.) Racism is PURE ASSUMPTION. Being black has nothing to do with anything here.

2.) This author is a moron. "Illegal War" is the old, tired, Michael Moore grey-area phrase. The Iraq war is like the Vietnam War...it's not an official "War" at all. It fits the mold of the loophole that a president can authorize military action. Congress gave that approval blah blah. Obama hasn't really done....anything...to stop this "illegal war" anyway...

3.)Bush trimming education...Bush took federal funding away from districts that didn't have good test scores. Bad idea for the inner city fuckup schools that need a little more than most districts. However, he actually had a LARGER education budget than many other presidents, including his immediate predecessor (this was outlined in an article I posted here a while back) .

4.) Whites afraid of loss of power???? I really don't see Obama as black. He'll talk the talk here and there, but the blacks aren't getting anything more than any other whackjob liberal. Here's an idea: let's stop giving minorities everything so they stay obedient to the liberals, and find ways to empower them by NOT giving them everything.

We're not afraid of "losing power." Maybe the few dozen of us that are in supremacist groups are, but that's a clear minority. That'd be like me saying "all black people are criminals." They're not, and white people aren't afraid of "losing power" nor are they aware of any power they supposedly hold.

This is a poor article at best.

But everyone agrees the ad was racist wishful thinking, am I right? Think about what it said: "May Obama follow in the steps of Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley and Kennedy!"

I am guessing that either you guys have flunked history, just like the editors of the paper that ran this ad did, or I have mistakenly stumbled into a KKK forum. If I did, my apologies.

Well written article by the way.

^Uhh, come again?

How does that even imply racism? There is not even a hint of it in there.

You must be some type of troll.
