Colloidal Silver - Antibiotic of the Future?

Colloidal silver appears to be a powerful, natural antibiotic and preventative against infections. Acting as a catalyst, it reportedly disables the enzyme that one-celled bacteria, viruses and fungi need for their oxygen metabolism. They suffocate without corresponding harm occurring to human enzymes or parts of the human body chemistry.

Disables the enzyme they need to survive, eh. Which one would that be, the one we're producing, or the one the virus can't produce because it doesn't have polymerase or DNA?

Colloidal silver belongs on jewelry, not humans.

This is actually old news, and I mean very old. Up untill the mid seventies many companies used a form of this for many infection fighting medicines (topical). Swallowing the stuff is not a good idea. But it worked like a dream.
It was great for sore throats and tonsilitis, swab a little on the tonsils and the next morning You were ready to go.
Silver has been used in the fasion for over 500 years for infections.

No one should be surprised this is old, falsified information. I didn't even bother to read the article. Why? Because after a 'healthy' sampling of four or five articles on QUANTUMBIOCOMMUNICATIONS.COM, I've found the misinformation provided to be about as healthy for me as swallowing silver. Much like an ill person guzzling slivers of silver as a last ditch effort to stop cancer growth, an individual seeking knowledge will only be led astray by this website. Rather than following the path to enlightenment blazed by facts and marked with reason, QUANTUMBIOCOMMUNICATIONS.COM says "nuts to all that!" and claims the road to enlightenment can be fabricated from an equal smattering of facts and theory, then tied together with loose conjecture. Sounds vaguely like theoretical science, right? So what's the difference between this and other theoretical science?

QUANTUMBIOCOMMUNICATIONS.COM treats FACT and THEORY as EQUALS.

Silver is a good natural antibiotic, but i dont think injecting colloidal silver into the bloodsream is a good idea. A colloid is a suspension of insoluable matter, it could therefore block up tiny blood vessels or build up in joints or other areas. It could also cause random blood clots. It couldnt be used for large scale body wide infections or things like bacterial meningitis.
Used externally however it does work well.
Draco7891, i dont think colloidal silver would be useful in jewelry unless you want little bottles of silver suspension around your neck..

Maybee if it is combined with another element. Silver Nitrate is good at healing Burst blood veins. Thats how I got my nose bleedings stopped. I havent had one for 3 years now.

I used this stuff to clear up pinkeye without going to a doctor. It worked in less than 2 days. Just make sure you get some that says you can put it in your eyes if you're doing this.

I wipe my ass with the stuff every day. It's great for hemorrhoids.
