A court decision reached last month but under seal until Friday could force Web sites to track visitors if the sites become defendants in a lawsuit.

Is this why TSpy has been redirecting me to other sites when I go to download something?

No, ironically they make money off advertisements in the guise of fake torrents.

QUOTE>> "Did i tell you guys i watched Idiocracy this week and found it really funny??"

That was a pretty good movie. A chiiling preview of things to come.

I'm surprised that there isn't already an entire channel devoted to people being kicked in the balls.

The monolith will come to a end sooner or later. It is a machine made of humans that do not see what the next cell is doing.

All hail the future of free ideals. All hail the internet.

It will prevail.

i have never had any problems with tspy the adds are fine and the files are more trust worthy than most sites.

as for the United Socialist States of America and their strictness of movies, I say down with them all a movie is art and is meant to be viewed by many, failure to distribute movies is like never showing pictures of the mona lisa to those who cannot afford to go see it, itwould be a travesty to never know her.

The same with many movies and actors...Brad Pitt Who? Uma Thurman..is that a new Thermos? Art is for everyone, and to try and confine it is pure idiocy.

As for the music end, I blame Metallic for crying like a baby at napster ever since then it has been an uphill battle for P2P. If I dont get it off P2P to try it before I buy it then I get it from a friend and borrow it. Im not buying some crap CD that is being produced now with one good song, and paying 20 bucks for it. And no I will not pay 1.99 for a single song I will wait for it on the radio, where It is free...sure there are Ads on radio but arent there ads on websites as well.

Gives me Movies/Music/Downloads or give me Death.

I don't know the law in America
But isn't it illegal to search on people computers? It falls under the privacy law over here.
Another law is that its legal to download but its illegal to upload. Cause the one you download from is in violation.
So if your law works a little like this its would not be a problem to keep downloading from Tspy?

That there going to track you isn't a big problem, almost all the sites you go on can do this.

Anyway, your all welcome to come and download in the Netherlands (If you leave your guns and not go and sew everything here) then its fine by me.

By the way, good luck with the lawsuit Tspy
I really would miss Torrentspy if its go down, i already miss suprnova

Heres a message I got from TS (TorrentSpy) when I logged in just now.

"Hello Friends of TorrentSpy,

This message is to inform you about recent efforts by the motion picture studios to shut down TorrentSpy. As you may know, in February 2006 the major movie studios and their Washington lobby, the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), filed a lawsuit against TorrentSpy and other search engines.

We guess that hiring hackers and turning a blind eye to identity theft is not enough for the movie studios and the MPAA. Now they want to know who you are, what you search for, and what you download. In short, it is the view of the movie studios that websites should not allow anonymous use and your activity on the Internet - anywhere - is their business.

The really scarry thing is that if we lose this court battle, the movie studios will be able to go after any search engine or website and force them to collect data about YOU. It is not an exaggeration to say that losing this fight is a nail in the Internet's coffin.

We have spent the last year challenging their relentless campaign against the 1st Amendment and personal privacy laws Worldwide. We have succeeded in delaying the court order to turn on logs while we appeal it. TorrentSpy will not create logs of what you do on the site without your consent.

While we use Google Analytics for website statistics, TorrentSpy servers have never tracked your IP Address, the searches you make, or how you use the site. We are dedicated to your privacy and we are fighting for your rights!"

For those of you aware of what Robot Unicorn Attack is, bear with me. For those of you who don’t, this is for you.Robot Unicorn Attack is a free online flash game from Adult Swim made out of rainbows, unicorns, and crack. This is a severe deviation from the other games the site offers (Pole Dance Hero, Radioactive Teddy Bear Zombies, and Zombie Hooker Nightmare to name a few) and yet it has nearly 10 million more plays than any other game listed. Its popularity...
