Notice- "The Fifth Amendment, U.S. Const. as well as provisions in many state constitutions and laws, prohibit the government from requiring a person to be a witness against himself involuntarily or to furnish evidence against himself."

The court (and therefore the Judge) are part of government. This judge ordered Torrentspy to do something that the Constitution and federal law prohibit. T.Spy did good on appealing this.
