Going back to the point I made in my post earlier, I searched "Self-Incrimination" on Wikipedia, and I found this.

" * Barron's Law Dictionary (USA):

SELF-INCRIMINATION, PRIVILEGE AGAINST the constitutional right of a person to refuse to answer questions or otherwise give testimony against himself or herself which will subject him or her to an incrimination. This right under the Fifth Amendment (often called simply PLEADING THE FIFTH) is now applicable to the states through the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, 378 U.S. 1,8, and is applicable in any situation, civil or criminal where the state attempts to compel incriminating testimony. (There are many caveats following this section.)

* Black's Law Dictionary (USA):

SELF-INCRIMINATION: Acts or declarations either as testimony at trial or prior to trial by which one implicates himself in a crime. The Fifth Amendment, U.S. Const. as well as provisions in many state constitutions and laws, prohibit the government from requiring a person to be a witness against himself involuntarily or to furnish evidence against himself. (There are links to other related subjects: Compulsory self-incrimination; Link-in-chain; Privilege against self-incrimination.)"

Notice- "The Fifth Amendment, U.S. Const. as well as provisions in many state constitutions and laws, prohibit the government from requiring a person to be a witness against himself involuntarily or to furnish evidence against himself."

The court (and therefore the Judge) are part of government. This judge ordered Torrentspy to do something that the Constitution and federal law prohibit. T.Spy did good on appealing this.

I live in China, come get me RIAA you fucks. I hope all you fools die of some horrible disease while the customers you sued laugh.

And fuck Google too, they're scum. They want to track what everyone does on the web and build a DNA database to go with it. I use Yahoo now.

7egend, yea we have a mona lisa once a year...the rest are all the equivalent of a guy painting a man having sex with a horse.

Can some hackers just go in and completely destroy RIAA and MPAA computers?

"there are heaps of other better bit torrent sites out there."

"Heaps" of "better" torrent sites? I totally disagree.

Torrentspy is the best, period.

"how can we support torrentspy?!?! This is important. Please take part in discussion. Search "Torrentspy support" and click on my article."

Buy a t-shirt like I did.

FlikIn The Beginning (Day One)
Date: The Beginning (day one) Current mood: Creative Listening to: Phil Collins - Another Day in Paradise Posted by: THE_ONE After having been harassed interminably by all the other deities, I have finally deigned to create myself a blog. I've no doubt that it will serve no purpose other than consume precious time that could be better spent being wrothful towards hypothetical worshippers that I am yet to create. The Pagan gods have been making fun of me though...

quincy0191Infinity Ward VERSUS! Activision-Blizzard
The gaming world is abuzz with news of corporate villainy as Infinity Ward CEO Vince Zampella and president Jason West were fired last week under rather suspicious circumstances. According to reports, both employees were being “insubordinate” and their firing coincided with the arrival of some “bouncer types” on the Infinity Ward campus. This development just reeks of evil. The charges of insubordination are appropriately vague, and the additional fact that the firin...
