Something seems...off about this court desicion. The judge is ordering torrentspy to do something that web sites are not, originally, required to do (log visitors). The judge is ordering torrentspy to log it's visitors, and then give the logs to the MP/RIAA from what it looks like...isn't there a federal statute that prevents judges from issuing court orders that would cause any party to create self-incriminating evidence that can be used against them in future legal matters? Especially since, once again, the action the judge ordered T.Spy to do isn't requied by any federal, state, or municipal statute for lawful operation of a web site?

The MPAA and RIAA are the enemies of communism. No one gets shit without throwing a quarter or a dollar or your left nut on the table first.

Date: The Beginning (day one) Current mood: Creative Listening to: Phil Collins - Another Day in Paradise Posted by: THE_ONE After having been harassed interminably by all the other deities, I have finally deigned to create myself a blog. I've no doubt that it will serve no purpose other than consume precious time that could be better spent being wrothful towards hypothetical worshippers that I am yet to create. quincy0191Infinity Ward VERSUS! Activision-Blizzard
The gaming world is abuzz with news of corporate villainy as Infinity Ward CEO Vince Zampella and president Jason West were fired last week under rather suspicious circumstances. The charges of insubordination are appropriately vague, and the additional fact that the firin...
