He's just saying this to get a little support from right leaning undecideds, nothing like a little "fuck the terrorists" talk to get the right wing GOP stirred up.

Dictatorship or not, Pakistan is as much a sovereign country as America is, and raiding it could be considered a full scale war, unless ofcourse if its done with Musharraf's blessings. And if that were to happen, you can rest assured that the people of Pakistan won't take too kindly to it. Given that the majority of Pakistanis are more sympathetic to their Islamic extremists than they are to the American Right wing extremists, and rightfully so.

There is obviously a huge difference between Obama's foreign policy and Bush's. You have to be retarded not to see it. Or, like 911eyewitness, a liar.

Thanks for the shouts! Thanks for the front page promotion! Thanks to the few who actually post intelligent things here against the uneducated slugs ready to give positive lip service to repugnant and morally horrid governance.

One day the concept of "self government" and the American "Republic" will again surface.

Sending tanks and infantry without air attacks to as rugged a terrain as the tribal parts of Pakistan is idiotic. They'll probably do what they did with Afghanistan (which worked like magic btw....I mean it sarcastically) and just send their bombers in to wipe out the whole area of all things breathing.

"just send their bombers in to wipe out the whole area of all things breathing."

Sort of like carpet-bombing the Rockies to wipe out life (except no big cities in the Zone). This would endear the "democracy (democratic mob rule) at the end of a gun" into hearts forever. I can't imagine a more impressive way to enjoin people to our cause than to wipe out their stone huts, lean-to, and natural surrounding with a nice pre-emptive carpet-bombing to find some mythological character that may be hiding in the area or may be dead. I can see them now waving joyously at the invading hordes.

Did you ever wonder how N.A.T.O (the North Atlantic Treaty Organization created to keep the North Atlantic Ocean safe for shipping) ends up as the "peacekeepers" in Afghanistan when there is no outlet to any sea, ocean or large body of water?

Who are the terrorists?

@RandyPenn

welcome to the world ruled by the capitalistic tyranny we grew up to call America. That doesnt mean the other guy is good, it just means both are equally bad, and in the end, we are fucked, one way or another.

Yes, understood. Concept and all. Yet history once showed that Americans tried something. Education by government and cults has enforced myth as reality and with eyes on goals "subjects" do little about the subjugations around them. With mandatory government education DEMANDED by the people (how the hell the government and church twisted the minds of beings to believe that mandatory education by them is good I will never figure out) and abolishment of the right to dismantle your creation when overtly corrupted I see little difference in the corporation we know as the "USA" and any of the corruptions from the still present Royals Religious franchies that plundered Europe for centuries.

Many agree we are without hope to change it all. The staged show of "elections" to reinforce the myth of choice. Which billionaire to subjugate to? Which group of investors and media moguls to believe? No good man can survive in politics. We all know it; yet still consent to be ruled by corruptions by such caviler attitudes. The USA has 200 years of laws made through various corruptions, bribes, and illegal shenanigans and there we are under "rule of law" instead of standing with "unalienable rights".

Certainly "the land of the free" no longer applies.

But thats the case with any government, I guess it all starts at the average man's necessity for an illusion of safety. As long as there is fear, there is an opportunity for governance. Them again, maybe the society needs a big brother, maybe everybody's a rouge inside, and will behave only if under fear.
