I have some to add, yes:

8. Elect a new "Supreme Leader" whose word is law; this will cut out the bureaucracy like #3 tries to, but with an actual plan. Anyone who crosses the leader will be slowly tortured, then hung from a public gallows and left there for a week as an example.

9. Raise the income tax on the poor (annual income of less than ~$21,000) to 20%; those bastards aren't doing enough to help the government. Anyone who can't pay the tax will be slowly tortured, then hung from a public gallows and left there for a week as an example.

10. Repeal the Bill of Rights, as well as amendments 13, 14, 22, 24. This will better solidify the power of the Supreme Leader, and prevent pesky laws from his ability to exert total control. Anyone who protests, or tries to take advantage of one of their former rights will be slowly tortured, then hung from a public gallows and left there for a week as an example.

11. Kill all non-Christians, and force the remaining believers to a) all practice the same form of Christianity, an amended version called American Christianity and b) recognize the Supreme Leader as the voice of God; all attacks against him will be viewed as attacks against God. Everyone will be required to attend church on Sundays at 7:00 AM; attendance will be taken. Anyone who questions this, or misses church, will be slowly tortured, then hung from a public gallows and left there for a week as an example.

12. Reform the court and prison system. Juries have already been eliminated by #10, and the police force (which will, of course, be handpicked by generals of the Supreme Leader) has unlimited power. All investigation into a crime must be completed within a week; at the end of that time, the most probable suspect will be arrested and sent to a large island, miles off the coast. This island will consist merely of an enormous open field with a 50-foot sheer wall surrounding it. Prisoners will be dropped here with no guards; food drops will occur once a week. All sentences are for life. One-half of criminals, however, will be slowly tortured, then hung from a public gallows and left there for a week as an example.

13. The government will take over all industries and do away with labor standards; if we want to become powerful, we can't have things like human dignity or adequate working conditions slow us down. Anyone who does not show up at exactly 8:00 AM every morning (9:00 AM on Sundays to allow for church) will be slowly tortured, then hung from a public gallows and left there for a week as an example.

Hmm, Leonidas meets Hitler. The topper is the idea to force felons facing the consequence of execution into the military, then provide them with weapons.

I'm pretty sure you just described the dark ages, when everybody did what the pope said.

Who said anything about weapons? Can anyone say 'operation human shield'? You just force em ahead of your troops to clear mines and draw fire...

And you see how well the nazi's did? almost took over the world!

Also, on a side note, If it were possible to have a true patriotic non-corrupt leader who listens to a bunch of advisors, and makes decisions based on the good of the country only(even up to bringing ruin and sacrificing his own life) then i would completely support a Monarchy.

However, i don't believe it's possible.

Though if you look at history, the most successful nations in history have all been lead by one smart intelligent leader... I just think it sounds good in theory, but in practice it falls far far short of being worth using.

We could always just nuke all of Europe and Asia, then build factories made of lead to create new jobs in the newly-vacated land.

quincy0191Let's Kill Some Mofos!
The death penalty is a constant source of controversy in the United States, one of the last industrialized countries to keep the practice legal, and the only one to regularly kill people (Japan and South Korea have a de-facto moratorium on capital punishment). In fact, five countries are responsible for 95% of all executions worldwide: China, Iraq, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the US. Not great company, to say the least. Somewhere around fifty people are killed in th...
