Unless you have to go drive off road for work, 4x4's are dangerous.

In collisions with children the head connects directly with the front of the vehicle leaving very little room for slowing down while making it's way towards hitting the bonnet/hood.

Also drinking is dangerous, it makes you stay up late and talk shit on the interwebz.

Watch out for parrots also, pirates are not far behind.

If you're sore, you've already been done.

^ What's the point of anything?

I put something online and people shouted it.

Btw, of course I didn't paint the whole damn thing, just the spots that were starting to rust. What's not shown, are the hours of meticulous stripping and wet-sanding. After that I had to reconstruct the chewed out metal with epoxy and mesh-fiber, before finally letting the paint fly.

I guess if you really are desperate for an explanation, I guess you could say that the point was that even if you have little to no experience, it's entirely possible to do repairs on your car without getting mechanics to ass-fist you every time. I took it to a body shop and they quoted me in excess of $3000 for repairs. Instead I bought $60 worth of supplies and did it myself over the weekend.

Cool man. Although if you mask off just the areas to be painted you will get ridges. Also the paint match will never be perfect.

A little trick I learned was toonly mask the non painted areas. The paint hits areas that are okay but it also blend in better. You don't get the masking lines, and it feathers in nicely with the original paint. Not sure if it is a sanctioned method, but for an okay job it is great.

What kind of paint did you use?
